- We research the Real Estate market in the Southern Beltway of the USA based on demographics such as population, household income, crime rate, job growth, etc.
- We then look for undervalued and underperforming properties in that submarket.
- Multi-Family Properties ranging from 30 to 100+ units.
- Properties built in 1975’s and newer.
- We look for properties in emerging markets.
- We will reposition the asset within 2 to 3 years, depending on the market conditions we will exit within 5-6 years or sooner if we get the returns.
- We look for C to B class properties in B and A areas.
