The investment strategy is to identify and capitalize on underperforming multi-family properties by repositioning the asset to maximum value. We acquire investments in emerging markets that are Secondary and Tertiary. We look specifically right outside the urban core and submarkets. Our company will hire a high end property management company contracted for the specific property. We will aim to purchase properties at least 15% below appraisal value.
